Send us your first backup to avoid
uploading your entire backup set which could take hours or days. Our
software allows you to save the backup to a local source such as a
portable hard drive, cd-rom, DVD, thumb drive, etc. Then send it to us
and we will manually load it on the server and mail back your media
device for free. Need a portable hard drive? We will provide one for
free!†† |

If (or should we say 'When') the
need arises and you need your files back, you can always restore your
files directly from the client software, or even download them from our
web interface. However, if this is not feasible due to a slow internet
connection or very large amount of data, we will move your files onto a
CD, DVD or even a portable hard drive and overnight via UPS, USPS or
Fed-Ex them to you. We provide this service to our Business and
Corporate users free of charge ($150 value)††† |
†† Seed load hard drive is provided free for paid accounts. A
small deposit or credit card guarantee may be required but will be refunded upon
return of the device.
††† If a portable hard drive is sent to you, we may require a credit card
deposit which will be refunded upon return of the device. This option is free
once per year. A nominal fee may apply after.
